Refund Policy – TGS Minerals

All items sold by TGS Minerals are natural minerals, meaning each piece is unique and may display variations in color, shape, texture, clarity, or natural imperfections formed over time. These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

* in the same condition it was sent;
* free from damage caused by drops, impact, or misuse;
* without breaks, chips, or missing pieces that were not present before shipping.

Important:
* Sale items and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
